Privacy policy.

Contact form. When you send a message through the form, I receive your name, email, the message you write, and any optional details you add: your business name, phone number, the service you’re interested in, and your industry. I use this only to reply to you and to talk about your project.

Website analytics. I use Google Analytics 4 to see how people use this site: which pages are visited, roughly where visitors come from, what kind of device they use, and whether they send the contact form or tap a phone or email link. Analytics uses cookies and similar technology in your browser. It does not tell me who you are.

Email and phone. If you email or call me, I keep what you send so I can respond.

The free AI Review Responder at /review-responder sends the review text and the options you choose (such as tone and star rating) to Google’s Gemini service to write a reply. I don’t store the review text or the reply.

To keep the free tool sustainable, I limit how many replies one visitor can generate per day. This means your IP address and a simple count are kept until the daily reset.

Please don’t paste private or sensitive information into the tool.

Netlify hosts this site and receives contact form submissions on my behalf. Like most hosts, it also keeps standard server logs.

Google provides Google Analytics and the Gemini service used by the AI Review Responder. Their use of data is covered by Google’s own privacy policy.

I don’t sell your information, and I don’t share it for advertising. This site’s analytics is configured with Google signals and ad personalization turned off.

Google Analytics sets cookies to tell visits apart. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The site works the same either way.

Many browsers also offer a “Do Not Track” or content-blocking setting that stops analytics from loading.

You can ask me what information I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email me and I’ll respond as soon as I can. If you’re a business client, I also keep project records, invoices, and correspondence as needed to run my business and meet legal requirements.

This site is for businesses and isn’t directed at children under 13, and I don’t knowingly collect information from them.

If I change this policy, I’ll update the date at the top of this page.
